A lot of the info on these pages will change, and reflects how much of our current state of planning I've had time to put up.

**Volunteer arrivals and activity schedule**

Wednesday 20	We're not here yet. For all practical purposes.
Thursday 21	Very Early Buildup, earliest volunteers arrival. Bring your own food. And your own toilet. ~~(Hey, if you bring it anyway, can we use yours? Cause we don't have any yet.)~~Warm showers and toilets have arrived! We lack food though, so bring some if you come today ;)	√
Friday 22	Very Early Buildup: building the first big tents. Some more people arrive. For the first time, dinner served for the basic crew. We now have one toilet and one shower.	√
Saturday 23	Breakfast with everybody who is here already. Basic infrastructure is built. Power and water connected. Showers arrive and are built. Volunteers arrive today (we hope) for big jobs tomorrow.	√
Sunday 24	First team lead meeting in the morning. Building the conference tents. Need lots of people!	√
Monday 25	Lots of cabling today, and more tentbuilding.	√
Tuesday 26	Building the last tents. Sometime today, the WTH campsite network will come alive.	√
Wednesday 27	Infrastructure should be complete. Conference has already started, or so it feels.	√	√
