There is a usenet binary indexer available on the field at http://87.76.86.3/. We managed to provide the whatthehack users a usenet feed from Giganews and another one from xs4all. Giganews is the largest usenet server available. It offers 99% of completion and 50 days of retention, and gave us 1Terabyte of transfer for the event. The xs4all usenet server offers about 30 days of retention itself, with no limit for the transfer.

There is also a FTP spider running at http://87.76.86.3/ftp/.
