WTH organisation urgently looking for an Autocad hacker (in the Netherlands)

We have our Autocad hacker ;)
We have some last-minute changes we need to make to some of the drawings for our permit, but the people working on the drawings so far are not available today... it's not a lot of work, about an hour or so if you know what you're doing.
