From What The Wiki?!

Power crew and cabling crew.. whats the difference? Especially now since cabling got devided into network and power recently.

It's simple, the cabling team has a bunch of people that lay out cables for the power team, just like they lay out other cables. And that is all, the rest of the power distribution, such as hooking up those power cables, rigging the generators, distribution boxes etc, is done by the power team itself.
