BugBlue : "management-spam"? What makes you say that? Do you have any comprehension about what Egovernment is? This article seems just to be about a trend in government without any direct or commercial advantage to the writer of this article. Besides that, one of the purposes of keeping this wiki online was inviting for discussion about the subjects that are in line with WTH: interactive forms of democracy is just that.
