Lobbying on European and National Level

What to say more about Lobbying at the European and National Level. It is not sufficient to rent a huge boat, set up some banner and loose it in front of the European Parliament in Strasbourg, or rent a truck and block the entrance to national instituions in order to force politicians and parties to vote for your point of view.
It's not the size of the boat or the banner - it's the people behind the idea, the people who care about their civil right to express their thoughts in public. It's the people which turn a weak and shaky rowing boat into something even more powerful than a fully equipped and clean motor yacht.
Basically it's you, me, us who are the ones who can make the shift in size an power happen. It's you, me, us who have to care about lobbying at European, national an local level as it is only us who gets sued, sentenced and locked up for violating ridiculous patents, making copies and for using our brain to make life more convenient and less cumbersome.
Jeroen Dekkers showed in his talk that given a large number of supportes it is possible to change things.
