Lasergaming

The Lasergaming initiativ
UPDATE: There will be most likely no lasergaming at all, as the organisation can't afford another thousand euros for this while there are few people willing to join. Thanks all, though!
DWizzy thought it'd be fun if we could play some IRL doom.
- using the night to play in the open - preferebly not running through tents with people sleeping, tripping over wires etc.
Multimax Action Rentals BV
They have to mail DWizzy an offering, but their saleswomen woke DWizzy up with a call telling him they are willing to make a discount for a non-profit organisation like ours (marketingtalk?) - sums up to about 2000 euro's.
What I now asked for is two nights, four hours per night, twenty persons at a time. Won't be that cheap, especially since they bring in their own operator. We have to get an idea about what's realistic.
A game would take about 17 minutes, I presume? This way, we have 3 minutes to end the game, get our gears off and let the new group in - makes 20 minutes a game. Makes 3 games an hour, 12 games in total, an ideal of 240 players per night: that's under €4,50 per game provided we keep with the schedule and fill every game.

Who's willing to join? Put your name here (simply type ~ ~ ~ without the spaces) and what you'd be willing to pay for a game ("nothing" is acceptable). Perhaps we can squeeze something out of the general budget, but don't count on it. Alternatively, mail laserthehack at DWizzy.nl
