Meetings at WTH
- Sunday, 17:00 at the infodesk @ the entrance.
- Wednesday, 19:00 at the infodesk in the WhatTheBar tent.
Tasks at WTH
- Smile :)
- Be a guide to newcomers
- Redirect volunteers to a team
- Answer (basic) questions e.g. about the area
- Display info on the scrolling banner
- Provide digital Booklets via Bluetooth/Hotsync/Activesync again?
To Do
- Get information from the Boxtel indigenous about life support systems (eg: hospitals, pizza, joints) - e.g. from this guy - hanno: you can also call Tim Kuysten, he lives in Boxtel! ... As well as Martijn Beekhuis, Standing by (including joint runs ;-))
- Assemble travel information
- Get a(n extremely detailed) map of the campsite (see CampsiteLocations and WhatTheMap)
- Ask all teams for information they want to share with the public
- make an info-map
- Determine how to keep up-to-the-minute with speaker schedule, where villages are located, etc.
What we have

- The POC-phone extention "INFO" with a SIP phone and as many connections as we want (kuddos for Cavac)
- a laserjet 4mplus its sponsored by XS4ALL and has to return afterwards
- 3 old machines with CRT's, also sponsored by XS4ALL, machines have to be returned, They will run suse personal 9.1 .
- Computer TestStation (see below)

Lost:
Retrieval of lost goods at the info desk.
- Glen's spade (foulding one) is lost. Some plumber took it. Please return it to him ASAP.
- 'Krik' (dutch word 4 a thing one uses to unplift your car whilst exchanging a flat tire). "Jack"?

- A D-Link 5 Port 10/100 switch (along with its power adapter) which had been happily residing in the Megabit tent from day one until it vanished today in the turbulence of the tear-down process. If found it would be greatly appreciated if you brought it to infodesk or alternatively, email me at ee6146@upnet.gr and I'll get back to you. Thanks in advance.

Create your pages to put into the book we will have at the infodesk. I have a 'ringband' and plastic 'insteekhoezen' we can use. Charlotte
TestStation
The implementation details have not yet been decided, but basically this is what we plan: If you're new to events like this and/or have no idea if your computer is safe: There will be (most likely, if all works out) a small test station, where you can hook up your computer (laptop) to an Ethernet port and it tells you if your DHCP client works and which ports you should close.
