From What The Wiki?!

This tiny but friendly camp has a few crazy Californians who every 4th year, instead of going to DefCon in Los Vegas and staying at Ceasars Palace on their company expense accounts, would rather come to NL for their summer security conference even though it means sleeping in tents and fending the rain off of the electronics, carrying heavy loads and speaking almost no Dutch.

Call us crazy, but we see it as wisdom (don't all crazies think that?). The opportunity to cross-pollinate like this is essential to what makes us who we are. So come by and wish us well, we've been coming since HIP97 and wouldn't have it any other way.
